Change an unsatisfactory situation to an understandable task, the solution of which will bring satisfaction
Since the birth of children, we take care of, protect, teach and support their development. But there are might be moments when adults themselves are looking for support.
The coaching game “Family Mosaic”provides an opportunity to:
- look at the existing situation from different angles and see what lies beyond attention
- find answers to the question “What and how?” to make the process of raising a child bring even more joy to parents and children
- get emotional discharge and recharge for a long period of time
Solve any difficulties by PLAYING!
- from the first minutes of the game, the tense state changes to interest, which minimizes unconscious resistance to change
- players go beyond pragmatics and discover what was overlooked
- interaction between players leads to additional enlightenment and insights
How it happens:
1. Players formulate a request/question/challenge
2. With the help of a mosaic cube, a card is chosen
3. Perform tasks in connection with request-card
4. Find the cause of the problem and the most effective solution
5. Determine specific steps to solve their problem
6. Implement the planned actions and get the desired results
The coaching game for parents "Family Mosaic" is UNIQUE and currently has 25 followers in different countries of the world: Ukraine, USA, Moldova, United Arab Emirates, Czech Republic
The players look at their situation from different angles, explore the deep reasons for the situation and find a recipe for building a happy relationship with children.
The goal of the game is to collect the “Family Mosaic”. During the game, players collect their “Mosaic” from the cards, which becomes a tool for a deeper understanding of themselves, the child, their resources and their capabilities.
The format of the game is group, and the number of players is up to 8 people offline, or up to 5 people online.
Game duration – 2-4 hours (depending on the number of players)

Long time has passed. It’s time to talk objectively about the results, and not only about emotions and impressions but about that too) Lila, I am grateful for your amazing sensitivity and attention to detail. Despite the fact that there are several participants in the game, each with their own challenges and requests, there is enough attention, understanding and warmth for everyone from Lilia’s side. During the game, it became clear to me what the root of the problem regarding the education of my youngest son (12 years old) was. Everything is easier than it seemed - a lot of attention and again love) is what is needed. But being stuck in rut, you cannot always feel what the child actually needs. As a result, it got easier to be more patient in dealing with my son's education. I realized that the main thing is to demonstrate more understanding and warmth, have fewer demands, and stimulate more humour and kindness at home. It seemed that everything is simple but only Liliia, as an experienced and sensitive specialist, helped me see the essence. I trusted her, despite the fact that I think I consider myself an experienced and very good mother)), and now I see the results of the work and the accuracy of the answers given to me by the game Family Mosaic Liliia hosted.

During this time, I was lucky enough to take part in several of her trainings - each of which advanced me deeper in my understanding of myself and those around me. Liliia is a real professional and is very passionate about what she does. For her, this is not a business or a conveyor belt, you feel that the author is interested. Each adult came with his own question. And at the end of the game, even through online, we felt how the energy changed, the cards in the games did not fall by chance - everything was filled with meaning and hints!

My request was related to how to calmly accept any child's behavior, even too intrusive.
Sometimes I don't have enough strength, but it is important for me to refuse a child without offending or traumatizing. I received the answers, I have an action plan.
