“Coaching approach in raising children”
Coaching is the art of acquiring improved performance, guiding the development of other people
While raising a child, even in the most ideal family, parents find themselves in situations that drive them to a dead end.
Example:
- facing violent emotional reactions of the child with and without any reasons
- faced with manipulations, deceptions, audacity
- observing the child’s isolation and lack of confidence in their abilities
- noting the lack of motivation to study and a total involvement with gadgets
- losing emotional closeness with the child
The “Coaching Approach to Education” training will help you:
- acquire practical skills of successful interaction with a child and learn to manage any situation
- to develop the best qualities in the child even during simple daily communication
- correctly interact with the child when he/she is scared, offended, upset, angry, aggressive, feels guilty, ashamed, etc
- to be a support for the child and inspire him/her to achieve their goals
- build a relationship with the child with a high level of mutual trust and respect
Moreover, with a coaching approach of adults to parenting, children:
– become active, conscious participants in the processes taking place in their lives
– understand themselves, understand their problems and mobilize their inner strength
– develop their leadership qualities and learn to do without parents
